Goods vs PSV operator licence on A&D — reading the licence class line
Traffic Commissioners publish both goods vehicle operator licences (HGV/LGV haulage) and PSV (public service vehicle / passenger) operator licences on Applications & Decisions (A&D). The licence class line changes which vehicles, authorisation figures, and regulatory references apply.
