1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Ellis Greensitt, a sole trader trading as HaulageBrief. Email: hello@haulagebrief.co.uk. No telephone. Geographical address: 2 Chestnut Terrace, Riccall, North Yorkshire, YO19 6QT. Law of England and Wales.

2. What we sell

A sourced, informational PDF of a named Traffic Commissioner Applications & Decisions entry or public-inquiry written decision, by email. £79, one named document, 24 hours, from the public GOV.UK URL you paste.

We do not give licensing advice, write or lodge an operator-licence application or variation, or represent anyone at a public inquiry.

3. Contract

Distance contract. Formed when the Stripe invoice is paid. Aim 24 hours from a complete order. If the URL does not resolve to a public document we can read, we refund. We do not invent centres, vehicles, or outcomes.

4. Cooling-off

Consumers may cancel within 14 days by emailing hello@, unless they ticked to begin supply immediately (CCR 2013 reg 37). Business buyers: consumer cooling-off does not apply.

5. Payment

GBP, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. VAT is not charged.

6. Liability

The PDF is informational. The Traffic Commissioner’s publication remains the legal record. Consumers: CRA rights remain. Business: liability limited to the price of the brief.
