Variation vs new application — spotting the wording on A&D
Operators routinely misread centre-change and vehicle-increase entries as fresh applications. Applications & Decisions (A&D) uses distinct headings for application to vary versus application for a licence. This page is plain reading of those labels — not advice on which route to file.
